Big Brother 8 Best of Show Tonight

Okay, I admit I am a little excited about tonight's Big Brother 8 Show. I'm really Happy that Big Brother finally decided to do a show that recaps what went on over the summer. I wonder why it took them 8 season to figure out it was a good idea to do this. I know I am going to watch tonight. Are you?

i am stoked too. i am actually wondering if there are twists that WE don't know about either. mostly because it seemed like this was the season that had the fewest "expect the unexpected" moments. i am curious what's in store. for some strange reason i feel like the story line of dick and daniele isn't really true, but who knows. i might just be grabbing at straws. i just feel like there is some big twist that they are using tomorrow night for to tell us. maybe since we were "playing" this season (via eric) we weren't privy to everything. hmmm??

regardless, i can't wait to watch. i am going to be sad for the bb summer to be over!

Do you know why Dick and Dani seem to hate Zack so much? I mean the game is over and every 5 minutes they go on about what a jerk he was - he wasn't that bad and he lost very gracefully.

I too am getting tired of all the bashing being done by D & D.
They played a good game and won, (of which they are deserving in my mind) but it's time to show us that they have at least some respect for their former housemates. Afterall, they don't know EVERYTHING about them.
It was a game.

They hate Zach for lots of reasons. He was also being a real jerk during the game. He has said "I would love to munch on Jessica's panties, He made many racist comments towards Jameka, He made an alliance with Dick and then went right to Eric and made the same deal and Dick found out, I know, its a game, but he was no honest Abe, that's for sure. Jessica and Eric also hated Zach for some reason. No one liked him, he was a jerk.

Yes, can't wait to see tomorrow's show! D&D are getting ready for the jury now! They will be there in 10 mins. Wish we could see tonight!

[Ken]

Jury tonight is via satellite. Jury can see them, but they don't get to see the jury.

I know, I wonder why? It has always been done live before. Maybe they think they may have to edit?? Haha

I think it partially has to do with the fact that Eric gets his last AP challenge tonight. He'll have a couple days to sway the jury after the questioning. That way Eric/America gets the last word.

This will probably be one of the most interesting jury interviews ever on BB - considering all of the evicted HG's consider themselves so far superior to D&D.

[Ken]

The jury questioning is over and Dani is NOT AT ALL happy with daddy. (Big surprise there.) Now Dick is only concerned with the fact that she has more to be pissed about.

Dick: "No winning man. No winning. It's always a catch 22 with Danielle."

Dick: "Maybe she's right."

Dani went straight to bed while throwing a temper tantrum.

I'm sorry, but Danielle is NOT nice to her Dad at all. She doesn't even try. I can't stand watching her anymore.
I hope America votes for Dick to win.

"Dick: "Oh, this is going to a long two days man."

Heads back inside and into Dani's bedroom.

Dick: "I'm sorry I didn't mean to come off that way. I had nothing planned."

[Ken]

Dani; All their questions were about my personal life. Like that's all they care about. My personal life and being under your shadow.

Dani; The jury is not giving me any credit for anything. They were laughing at all my answers.

Dani: You made me feel like crap! I'm so over this! I'm so over this!

Storms out of the bedroom and heads to the toilet room in order to cry off-camera. That's all she did in there... when she came out she didn't wash her hands but just cleaned the makeup around her eyes and heads back to bed. (BTW: She always washes her hands.)

[Ken]

Dick: I'm sorry Danielle.

Then heads out to smoke again.

Dick: F*cked up eh?

Dick: WOW! That was a f*ckin huge wreak. Some better call 911. Seriously.

Dick: Holy sh1t. Sounded like soneone hit a semi or something. That was a f*ckin huge wreak. i'm waiting for the sirens.

Dick: F*cked up. Can't win. Can't win with Danielle. And she'll always see it that way.

Dick: But like I said I still had a better relationship with those people than she did. And it all stemmed from her relationship with Nick.

:more sirens:

Dick: That's f*cked up.

Dick: It's sealed. it's done and I won. Playing against your daughter... there is no winning. Wish we could have shared it.

Dick: And it wasn't fair how they looked at it.

Dick: She wasn't even happy in this game. Just the competitions... other than that it's just been all this complaining.

[Ken]

Dick: It's going to be a looooong f*cking two days. I guaran-f*ckin-tee you that.

[Ken]

ED: She has brought me down sooooo much.
ED: But that was wrong to say though. (remorseful)
ED: It was a perfect f*cking team.

ED: Winning over your daughter... it's not that great of a deal... if it does happen. It's really not.

ED: I didn't think Amber would go attack like that on Danielle.
ED: What a b1tch. What a f*cking b1tch.

ED: Saturday night... are you watching Vincent? I was thinking about ya.

ED: I think I won. You'd think I be happy. But Danielle pissed at me. Pissed at everyone on the jury.

ED: She got a lot of attacks.

GO DICK!!!! (wow, can't believe those words would ever escape my lips)

As much as he has been such an ass to the rest of the house guests... you do have to admit that once Jen left the house he did somewhat redeem himself by cooking, playing the games, and at least talking with the other people... genuinely having a good time with them, while Daniele was still being fake to the rest of the them, distancing herself. So Yeah I will have to agree with Ken's posting about him saying he had a better relationship with the rest of the HGs.

Also if you notice once Zach left, Daniele hasn't been talking with her dad as much... almost as if his usefulness has run out and she no longer needs to have some artificial relationship with him. She hasn't changed one bit... she actually had the chance to really bond strategically and more importantly personally with Dick, but I guess she didn't take advantage of the show's twist!!! Enough is never enough when it comes to Daniele!!!

So I would like to congratulate Dick not only making it this far, but Keeping his word of looking out for his daughter and making sure her safety is more important than his own!!!

I personally have come to terms with all of Dick's antics this season and I seriously want to enjoy the last two episodes on CBS, without feeling hatred for both of them!!!

BTW, Ya I am excited about the recap episode, because it will be fun to see if they reveal anything that they didn't on the CBS show!!!

When Dick walked outside and heard the huge car wreck and told the cameras that someone better call 911. - WOW. The irony was over the top. Sure seemed like God Himself was trying to get Dicks attention.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE BEST OF BIG BROTHER 4 WAS AIRED BACK ON FRIDAY NIGHT, SEPTEMBER 19TH, 2003, AND FOUR YEARS LATER CBS IS FINALLY DOING THE VERY BEST OF BIG BROTHER AGAIN TONIGHT AS THEY RECAP THE FIRST 31 EPISODERS FROM EPISODE 1 TO EPISODE 32, WHERE DICK AND DANIELE SPEND THEIR 79TH DAY IN THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE IN THE FINAL TWO TOGETHER IN PEACE AND QUIET.

I don't believe that I am saying this because I voted that Eric should campign for Daniele, but I think that Dick should win. After reading an account of what went on after the questions were asked I believe that it is going to go to Dick. And as for this fixing Dick and Daniele's relationship I feel that it is far from fixed. Yes, they came together to win the money, but the relationship is far from fixed. She is still treating Dick very badly.

I forgot about Dick becoming more of a parent figure once Jen was out of the house. And I am glad that someone else sees that their relationship is far from fixed. She was definitely just using her dad to advance in the game.

Probably won't watch the show tonight, since I saw all the episodes. I think CBS is running this because the Emmy's are on 2night and TV stations generally don't put up competition against the Emmy's or the Oscars.
